Having stood derelict for more than a decade, this substantial property was acquired by our client in 2022 with the ambition of bringing it back to life. Our brief was to reimagine the existing buildings as a single, cohesive home.
We proposed two schemes, based on the brief provided and the scheme has been developed through a positive pre application process with BANES, with a full planning application anticipated in the near future.
