Set within the landscape of High Littleton, Langfords Lane is a proposal for seven luxury homes designed to make the most of far reaching views across the surrounding countryside.

The design places emphasis on the relationship between each home and its setting, with carefully positioned glazing framing views and connecting the internal spaces with the landscape. Generous living areas and private gardens create opportunities for both relaxation and entertaining.

A considered approach to scale, materials and landscaping gives the development a coherent architectural character, creating distinctive homes that respond sensitively to their rural surroundings. On this particular project we worked directly with BANES using a Planning Performance Agreement to gain permission.
