Lynea Architects undertook the planning for an extension and internal re-design of my 1970s bungalow. With some excellent ideas and a fantastic 3D online walk-through, we were really happy with the final design. Jonathan of Lynea handled the planning department professionally and calmly and reached the approval stage despite several covid-related delays.

I was very impressed with Dan who did the work on my kitchen extension. Fully professional he was equally punctual and courteous. On receiving my instructions he quickly attended my property and produced a draft drawing. He then took me through each individual aspect advised me on changes and the planning process through to completion.
His approach helped to make this element of my property renovation almost stress free.

He guided us through the maze of everything that needs to happen before a builder is appointed and the first brick is laid. Both Dan and Jon were very friendly and always on hand to answer a question throughout the process. Jon created a fantastic design for our extension, providing us with different options and was patient when we changed our mind on different aspects.
He made what could have been a stressful process, very straightforward, helping us up until the build commenced.
I used Jon to plan for our ground floor extension and see it through the planning process. Throughout the process he was highly professional and his communication skills were fantastic. Jon kept us up to date during the process, contacting us regularly with updates of the project.
