We were appointed to develop proposals for the sensitive alteration and extension of a Grade II listed pair of early 18th century cottages in Melksham.
The scheme replaces a series of later additions with a carefully considered contemporary kitchen extension, creating a more generous living space while respecting the historic character of the original building.
The proposals also include internal improvements and repairs to the existing fabric and therefore looking after the future of the building.
